Simply scan and e-mail a copy of your original ticket along with your driver’s licence conviction (obtained through your local Ministry of Transportation Office) and your order confirmation number.  E-mail these documents to questions@protectyourpoints.com and a cheque will be mailed to you within 10 business days, no questions asked.
